RPG streamer and writer Anthony Carlson is today’s guest on the podcast. We discuss Anthony’s beginnings as a role-player and his interest in tabletop RPGs. With the increase in streaming content, we talk about what it takes to be a good player while streaming. Anthony also fills us in on The Ascended, the RPG actual play streaming game of which he is a member of the cast. He also sings the praises of and explains why Savage Worlds is one of the best role-playing systems for streaming.

Anthony Carlson is a Tabletop Role-playing writer, actor, and digital content creator who specializes in adventure, sci-fi, and fantasy. He is pursuing a BFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University. He has been published in the Scarlet Leaf Review (Aug 2020). He is a member of the IGDA. Anthony is the owner of Dice Barbarian Productions which is a TTRPG streaming and content creation company. His most recent TTRPG streaming work is with Dice Tyrants as an actor, as well as the world setting and story creator of the Twitch web series “The Ascended”. Carlson earned his Business Sciences degree in 2007 and has been trained as a Digital Cartographer.
